I dont know that is a good question. I help him ride horses thru a thereputic horse riding program. It seems to really help strenghten his back so he can sit up for longer periods of time than without much help.

I have Cerebral Palsy and also did a thereputic horse riding program as well. It really benefited me a lot. I'm glad to see that it benefits your cousin.
