These are some carvings that I had made for a my friends in South Carolina that darg boat race on the Lucas Drag Boat series (KDBA). He drive the Flat Bottom and she drives the Hydro.

Don too wood carve, AWESOME work... question did you do the boats then add the engine and drivers? or are they all one piece? One piece would be have to be hard on them? Also Bass wood? LOVE the craftsmen ship... hats off to you.. my friend.

I did not carve these myself. There is a local carver named Jason Emmons. He runs a place called Bear Hollow Wood Carvings and is a Stil Team Carver. He does a wonderful job. These boats were all one piece and I had them made for some friends of mine that Drag Boat race. They are from South Carolina and we love going on the circuit with them.

Very nice... and awful thoughtful for you to do that for your friends... I have heard of the Bear Hollow Wood Carvings...
May Dad and I carve canes and figures.... no where Jason's level.. but its fun..
