A Bacon ProF.FF No.2 Special Serial# 146. It is almost restored completely. Just need a Vega endbolt to attach to the noknot tailpiece.More Photos coming.

Just curious but on the dowel stick I can't see "No. 2", only "Bacon Professional FF". Is the designation "No. 2" actually on the banjo anyplace? Thanks for your response, and thanks for all those wonderful pictures.

There is no number on the dowl stick. All the features of my banjo reflect the description in the Bacon catalogue. Maybe the very early ones did not have the modle # stamped on the dowl stick. I don't know.
