This is a person who has a rare almost unnatural gift and that gift is the banjo. He has an amazing ear and picks with effortless strokes on the strings. I am blessed to have even been in the same room with him.

I agree 100% Donnie , Jim is a pickin machine...smooth as a dollar and knows more songs than I could even imagine ...He's forgot more than I will ever learn ...and can't be beat as a friend ...It is a Blessing to sit done with'em and pick ...It don't get know better....
