Hi Rodney!
I think I recognize you... did you buy a prewar FH 75 from Jim Mills a ew years back?This banjo had an unusual "turned" inlay on the first fret. I think I met you at Steve Huber's place in 2004 and you had that banjo. Now, if you're the right guy, I don't know if you remember me but I had a pretty newly acquired TB-1 (from Jim Mills also).
That Granada looks absolutely stunning. Where does it come from? It reminds me of the Granada that Snuffy Smith has. It has the same "dent" in the laquer on the peghead.

IT IS GREAT TO HEAR FROM YOU. I DO REMEMBER MEETING YOU AT STEVE HUBERS. I DID BUY THE RB75 FROM JIM MILLS. I BOUGHT THE 1934 GRANADA FROM A GUY IN VA. IT WAS A 40 HOLE ARCHTOP THAT STEVE HUBER CUT AND IT HAS A "PREWAR" FLATHEAD STYLE 18 TONE RING IN IT NOW THAT STEVE USED TO OWN. I REALLY DO LIKE THIS BANJO ALOTS. I AM SO GLAD THAT YOU EMAILED. I TOLD MY WIFE ABOUT YOU THE DAY I LEFT STEVE'S SHOP. I TOLD HER I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. I JUST FORGOT TO. I TOLD MY WIFE THAT I REALLY DID LIKE YOUR BANJO ALOTS. I THINK YOU WERE WANTING TO GET STEVE TO PUT ONE OF HIS HEADS ON IT AND STEVE AND I BOTH SAID WE WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO THAT BANJO BECAUSE IT SOUNDS SO GOOD. DO YOU STILL HAVE THAT BANJO.
