This is my old John Sloan "Fold a Jo". Made in the late 60's, it is a full sized banjo that folds up into this shipping case and travels with me or gets shipped without worry of getting mangled along the way. It assembles in about one minute and is about 95% in tune right off the bat. Very ingenious idea and well made. I finally solved the travel banjo problem.
