After soaking the hide for about 10 minutes, I placed it on the ring and secured it with the Aeroseal clamp. I then stretched it and worked the wrinkles out before tightening the clamp down pretty good (had to be careful not to cut the hide with the inside of the clamp). I tacked the hide with 1/4" staples and set it outside to dry for a couple of days. The temperature hit 112F that day and stayed hot for a couple more days.
