Backside of the peghead on the Melrose neck blank. The angle of the photo has caused some distortion, but the neck was perfectly shaped. The picture does not do justice to the beutiful wood used in this neck. It is a five piece neck made of very nice Maple, with an ebony cased purpleheart center lamination.
