An old 70's Framus guitar. One of the worst sounding guitar ever made, but still loving her!

The tension hoop and tone ring and tailpiece on my banjo are Framus. You'd think that people in Germany, where they make some FINE violins, would know how to cobble together a decent guitar or banjo, but apparently not.
Also, I see a very large electric cord, which LOOKS like it's running from the back of the guitar, directly into the wall. A lot of banjo players get really nervous about having electric instruments around. Glad to know you're not worried about their opinions.

Mike:
The electric cord actually only LOOKS like it's running from the guitar :-) It's a pure accoustic instrument!
But as a matter of fact, there's an electric guitar and several electric basses that you can't see on the picture but are kept a few inches away ;-)
