So how does she sound, and what are the vital stats? Looks beautiful. My buddy should be getting his buckeye soon after a LONG wait. Looks like its worth the wait!
Have fun!

Hey Moss, I just got it today. I've been playing it since getting home from work. Sound wise, every thing about it has tone. I can bonk it w/ the heel of my hand and it resonates that. Great tone. I have another 12" banjo w/ a thin rim. The Buckeye rim is medium thickness and has more sustain. So far, I liken the sound to two different OME Jubilees that I have played. The scale, if I recall correctly is 25-3/4". I don't have a tape here now. I'm lovin it so far and plan to keep wringing it out over the wknd. I'll probably record something w/ it to post. Check back. thnx for the note.
