When he was a puppy, he had black circles around his eyes like a racoon. He outgrew them, but since he's a Louisiana dog, we decided "Coon" can be short for "Coonass"! His sire was a registered Chihuahua, and his dame was half Beagle and half Dalmatian. We say he's a Chidalgle. Whatever you call him, he's smart, funny, and one of the best dogs ever to share my life.
