Sorry, I did not see this. It is the original engraving on a Vega Artist, #68801 (c 1927) I bought from the original owner. It came with a gold plated Oettinger tailpiece and Grover planets..

That was done by a man named Revel, in Lyons ,France on a repro neck he made for a Fairbanks- Vega Whyite Laydie 12".
