That's a set of the ever-difficult-to-locate "banana washers", which are necessary in order to attach an Elton armrest.

There's an Elton arm rest on eBay at present with the banana washers. There's also some photos of two different "models" of the Elton arm rest showing the differences in construction. According to the seller (for whatever that's worth) the earlier models are heavier and the mounting screws have a pad-like head where they're welded onto the rest. The newer (?) rest has a folded edge and the mount screws are just spot welded.
