My 104 year old home. This was taken about 5 years ago -- the small plum tree in front is now about as tall as the house! It's a work in progress as I've been continuously either scraping, painting, replacing stuff!

Wow that IS very nice. I built a house in TN myself so know how this can be a real labor of love. But man, what a nice home. I bet it's a cozy as it looks!!

Thanks, banjoy -- Cozy in the summer, but not so cozy in the winter! It's not well insulated, so it tends to be little drafty. We especially like the high ceilings and relatively large rooms. Now if I just had a garage/workshop.......hmmm, may just be my next big project!
