You will have to explain lefse to me, what is lefse? What ever it is, it looks like people were having fun and that is good to see.

From Wikipedia: Lefse (sometimes spelled lefsa) is a traditional soft Norwegian flatbread made out of potato, milk or cream and flour, and cooked on a griddle.
