Damaged BINDING on Washburn B18

Here is the where the binding simply peeled off due to a failed fifth string capo system (I believe) the binding is white plasticy stuff nearest the fretboard and then layered wood after that.

It is called binding, and should be replaced.  Not an easy operation with the frets in the way, but it can be done.
