Yup... it's always very cool to watch the little hot rods! It looks like he's playing a full sized fiddle, too, and a very nice looking one at that!

His name is Adam Larkey - Erwin, TN and he's been labeled a fiddle prodigy. There's a very nice feature article in BlueRidge Country Magazine (July/August 2009) on page 13 about Adam. He even has the same shirt on in the magazine photo as yours.
