We eat those things in "these" parts. I guess some folks do not eat catfish?
When I finish restoring my wifes old family fishing boat, maybe I will catch a few of those. Brad

I can still remember my Dad cleaning catfish and bullheads. He used a pliers to pull the skin off. Channel Cats were one of his favorite things to eat. I still enjoy it from time to time too.
Around here Walleye, Lake Trout, Salmon, and Whitefish are more plentiful so that tends to end up on the plate more often. My wife and I had a Whitefish dinner in a restraunt last Saturday on Madeline Island in Wisconsin. It was a great meal and a great view of Lake Superior.
