Yeah, I was amazed when I saw it, too. Apparently was on a Tubaphone tenor that must have been stored away for decades. It's now mounted on my Vega Tubaphone Style X conversion. It sounds great, though I'm not convinced that it's all that much of improvement over the Fybrskin it replaced. Nice and stable, though. I'm getting a thin calfskin head on my new Romero custom that's due this month. That should be interesting . . .
