That was a "True Tone", I think they sold them out of the Western Auto hardware store back in the day. It had a press board plywood pot and a pine neck, which was really warped.. I've still got the neck. I put a new neck on the pot and loaned it to a friend to learn to play and he never brought it back, but I think he will, sooner or later.
