Maybe the sender didn't realize he didnt check "Let members send you email?" on his account profile page.  Consider that.

Wouldn't this be a metric ton easier to just post the instructions as a downloadable .pdf from your website?  That way, if they want it, they can get it and not hassle with even emailing you.

Well, from my warped old grumpy selfish perspective, it just feels nice to be asked.

caps lock is just my way of trying to make my writtens come across the same as my spokens. them what don't like it can cut and paste into their own document files  and re-write everything really really small. Are we still pals anyway?
