I hate those things. Saw a guy nearly lose a finger in one when I was a kid.
That spring is powerful.

That was my 4th of July fireworks....pulling that darn thing out. Since my power window motor failed with the window down, I spent the night pulling it out to fix. I pulled the motor apart, similar to a starter, cleaned the armature and contacts, and the motor now works...fortunately. Darn rain forecast made me have to do it right away, instead of spending it with the family watching fireworks. Oh well.
