Wow! Talk about a passel of talent! Randal, I saw you and Greg play in the early 70's, either at the Florence / Lauderdale coliseum or maybe in Athens. I remember "Yesterday", "Daybreak In Dixie", "Dueling Banjos". I also remember Greg and Walt Aldridge on the stage during the flatpicked guitar contest. They accompanied each other, followed each other in the contest, and swapped microphones when it was the others turn to compete. I think it totally messed up the MC and the judges for a minute or two.
Would you go back and attempt to place a date with these pictures?

Thank you for the kinds words. We've had alot of fun thru the years & getting to know some very talented friends. The contest days were so long ago, (I remember just some of them.) I know we had fun everytime we came to Alabama with everyone we had met. Scooter Muse, Walt ALdridge," yourself," The Foster Brothers,Rual Yarbrough,Jake Landers,James Mckinney,Carl Jones and many more. I'll try to put dates with the photos.Your friend's Randal & Greg. This is a dream for a banjo player....I would have loved to have been here! Three awesome banjo players in one place at the same time not to mention a awesome guitarist. The talent was just flowing here. I can feel the fun!
Your Friend, Weston
