Salvatone - I do the turkey in a greased paper bag. It was a fresh, all natural bird, but did have one of those little plastic "I'm done" indicators + I timed it for 15 min/ lb with an extra 15 thrown in for heating up. It was fully stuffed. It was done to perfection and a wing fell off in moving it from pan to platter. The gravy this technique produces is just fantastic. The turkey was 17.7lbs.

OK...you can pick a banjer, you can sing with yer banjer, you can build a banjer, obviously you know how to pick a turkey,....AND....you know how to cook!!!
I don't think Wonder Woman can do all that!!!

That's about all I cook, Hubby does most of the cooking, which makes me very happy....I'd rather pick my banjo!
