Thank you. Does it have a model name or number that you're aware of? Rough idea of value?

Check the following url for a scan of a page in the L & H 1892 catalog.
banjohangout.org/photo/218735
In the scan, the banjo on the left is closely similar to yours. In your case the tuning pegs have been replaced, and the "imperial hardware" including the thick tension hoop are visible more clearly. The "pictures" in the catalog are printed atchings, not photos, so they are not very accurate. For example while on the etching of the banjorine (on the right) the thick, notched tension hoop is visible, on the that of the Piccolo the tension hoop looks as a sloted one. The banjo resembling yours is named "Piccolo," and at least in 1892 was of "style" 407; no real model name. Keep in mind that the scaned page, only indicates that Piccolo banjos like yours were already available at least as early as 1892. Depending on how many years the company continued to produced such banjos, your banjo could have been produced in some later year. I have no idea of value. Regarding value the problem is that it is not a practical instument, at least not in the old-time or bluegrass domains. Someone who is into the classic domain, might be able to say more.
