My old Snap-On Torque Meter. (Inch Lbs. / Inch Ozs. readout) Obtained this in the 1980's (I was a Calibration Tech in the Navy and we worked on this kind of instrument) It has always worked great for banjo head tensioning! A bit bulky compared to newer units but very accurate and reliable. (Not that accuracy counts in this application)
