This is a particularly nice banjo head painting - I think.

I agree - but I think the orientation would be better if the scene were along what is the bottom of the head when playing, as opposed to when hanging on the wall. At least that's the way I prefer to see banjo he'd paintings - while the person is playing the banjo!
