Looks like he has a slight head tilt there. I would check his left ear for wax build-up. :)

How observant you are. That very day the vet told me he had wax build up in that ear. When I asked why just the left ear, the vet told me that he's probably a left handed banjo player and when he plays he looks at his fretting hand and his ear is then positioned for the banjo sound to be really close. He had a mark on his tongue too. The vet told me that was because he was a beginner at banjo and lots of beginners stick their tongues out while learning proper chording. I still do. : )
