Man that's one nice banjo how many re issues did gibson make of those I've never ran across one. Does it sound as good as it looks? Lol

It sounds absolutely awesome and yes they are hard to find for some reason. I have never seen one on ebay or the classified.It is not quite as loud as my Scruggs but it's tone is very rich and growly. Too bad it did not come with a raised head instead of a flat head. I think with the two piece flange a raised head would have been a exellent combo but it sounds realy good as a flat head too.

Awsome I love some growl in a banjo lol maybe ill be lucky enough to run across one myself one day! They are beautiful banjos.
