Liberty banjo company (Bob Flesher and Paul Morrissey) was was of the finest independant builders back in the late 70's early 80's (when Gibson was making bad ones).These guys made ther own flanges, tension hoops, tone rings, necks, pots, just about everything. The Liberty Co was around for only a few years (hard to make money when you make 'em this good) and they are rare, rare, rare.
