My wife and I stopped in the Rosine Grocery store to get directions to the Monroe's old home place. As I walked into the front door I could hear picking in the back of the store. Well I just couldn't pass up the chance to pick a little. Not too long after we had been picking their regular banjo player called and said he wouldn't be able to make it for the show. Before I could comb my hair we were on stage in the Barn picking Monroe tunes. What a great bunch of folks and some fine pickers too.
