How big is the skin ? Is it the whole goat ?

It is cut from across the animal's back. You can see where the spine was. It is 24" square approx. Not quite large enough for 2 banjos (unfortunately).
This is the flesh side. The grain side normally mounts facing up. But I like the color of this side and may install it that way.
