Looks like fun....Dave Asti is the MAN!! Where was this banjo workshop? I'd love to sit in on a session with him.

This banjo workshop was held during Smoked Country Jam Bluegrass Music festival in Loganton, PA. Dave Asti is a very encouraging, patient teacher. The year before, he had us all playing a funky blues lick. It WAS really fun.

Hey Dp Andrus,

When is this Smoked Country Festival? I've got some family in Tyrone which I think is relatively close. Maybe I could get my banjo playing cousin and I to check it out next go round.

I'll check Dave's schedule and see if he's gonna be there this year
