Gibson Made a JD Crowe model that had flying eagle inlay and I believe it was gold plated RB-4 i think.
The banjo rim resonator and pot looks correct to me. I have seen the Gibson stickers on ebay before, But yours looks liget I am no expert by any means but it looks like a really nice Gibson Crowe model like a blackjack maybe.
