This is one BEAUTIFUL instrument. Is this a modern instrument or an oldie?

Its a bit of both, a sort of Frankenstine creation. I bought it from a guy who had it from a Uke collector in Norwich England who had put it all together. The pot is an old 11" Vega 'type' the peg head and the neck I dont know about but are from seperate sources, the inlay was done by Antonio Tsia of Taiwan. (not famed for his export acoustic guitars but a wizard with abelone) The inlay is quite superb and its difficult to catch tall he colours on camera but you get a good idea from the pix. It needed a little fine tuning at first and I adjusted the head and tailpiece a bit, put a Grover 2 foot bridge on it and it sounds sweet as a nut.
