Very nice Andy, love to find a rosette for mine, though its not an upper hi-end model, 1890 #8124. MY t.pc. is stamped: Rd(little d w/ underscore below it) 732(the following letters). shaped like yours except top cross-bar slight convex arc(up towards bridge) What is? thanks, michael

I don't see a serial number on the tailpiece; it's a little hard to see with the tangle of strings, though. The banjo serial is 50943; which puts it after 1898.
