To me the differences in contour and aspect ratio (to mention only two of comparable features) between the pegheads of the Washburn and the Sears Supertone banjos, indicate that the two line of banjos were not designed or made by the same person, be it Lange, or who ever, or that they cannot be sited as evidence for the two line of banjos having been designed/made by the same person.
