Did it fall on that peg? You probably could just replace the white knobs from Stew-Mac. You have to be careful with 5th string pegs on banjos cause they are one of the weakest parts of the banjo..sometimes it doesnt take much to bump em loose or break them.

I'd had the banjo for 5 months - never knocked it. I went to tune up one day and the peg slipped and wouldn't tune up. I looked down and noticed the plastic had disintegrated.
Good news was that I contacted Deering and they sent me a new one pronto. I'm a fan of their customer service
