This is such a handsome banjo, Andy. No dowel stick or coordinator rod - does that make it easy to detach the neck for travel?

Yes, this banjo was built as a travel banjo. The neck can be removed, and it will fit into a small suitcase. I prefer to built with a dowel stick, or coordinator rods, but this type neck attachments works fine with a block rim.
