Hey Steve looking good, i'm wondering can you help me please. I'm about to tack my goat skin on and would like to know how to judge how tight to put it on without splitting it, thank you. Regards Marinie

Hi, We have a LOT of humidity where I live on the gulf coast of Texas. So, I stretch it real tight. I have heard that folks up north ie Yankees LOL have so much lower humidity ,,, that if the stretch it real tight on installation,,,, when the weather gets dry it splits.
Im guessing where you live there is a lot of humidity as well, so I bet the stretch it real tight would work,,, let me know if I can help
