Some questions about this tragedy: 1. Why was not one banjo enough for the job? (Mr. Benson displayed poor technique, evidently.) 2. Did the resonator act like a cushion - softening the blows to Mrs. Benson; thereby, necessitating the destruction of yet another innocent banjo? I suppose one can assume, from this incident, that Mr Benson cared more about his wife than his banjos - how odd.
