David, is this a 10-1/8" diameter (Style S) rim? I have two of these (1910 & 1922) and am going to try a John Balch goat skin head on one of 'em. Did you sent the rim to him?

You are correct on the rim. John was visiting me in Florida and mounted that head. The Vega now resides in Canada. David E.
