one of my all time favorite albums...still even have the LP but nothin' to play it on...our group does St Claire's Defeat, and the civil war trilogy(often from an Irish or IRA point of view)...did a song about the Seattle cops based on the album also

I have the CD of this, and the CD of the 25th anniversary reunion that they did in 1986.

me too...not sure which I like the best. Bob and this album were the main reasons I bought a good 12 string...Well, Well, Well

This maybe the best album to come out of the '60s. Like you John, I have the LP, the CD & the anniversary CD. In fact, the group I was in spanning the years 1964 - 1974, The Timber Ridge Singers, did a lot of Bob's stuff -- Daddy Roll "Em, Civil War Trilogy (we subtituded Hills of Shilo for Two Brothers), Well, Well, Well, Town Crier, Foghorn, I'm Gonna Tell God and a few others as well. Hey, if you get a chance, check out the video snippetts of our 1st reunion since 1982.
