John usually plays whatever banjo Ron is playing with the Boxcars; this one looks like a Granada. Is it his or did he borrow it from someone else at the festival? Nice pictures of all the players at Beanblossom, thanks.

I cannot say with certainty, but for a time this past year Ron was playing 558-3, so it could be that banjo. John did have a nice newer top tension, but he sold that to a nice fellow in North Carolina.
