I had most of this Tattoo for a long time, but decided to revise it a bit over the weekend. I had a blog about what's next and I seem to find a little piece of it I guess.

Ken, I am doing well at the moment and feeling good. You are very correct when you ask about those "hard life syle changes" and I have been applying myself. The weight is coming off slowly and I am feeling better because of it. Sugar levels are coming down and I am not having any reactions to the medications. If there has been a set back, it is that I have returned to enjoy the pleasures of a cold beer on occasion. It has been in moderation and the Dr. says if that is the case, it should not be that harmful..
I have an appreciation for the ink and it is no surprise to hear your position on Tattoo's. Most society shares your same point of view. My position is, "the only difference between myself and society is, that I don't mind that they don't have any." Thanks for asking Ken and pick on my friend.

Cool! Pickin a banjo with a jawbone. Sinister! Do you have the built-in banjo case for a saddle bag on that Harley yet. Saw a picture of one on here somewhere. Glad your feeling good. As for the beer, "everything in moderation, including moderation" can't remember who said it.

DG: good to hear that you're takin' the diabetes as a wake-up call and makin' changes. Stick with 'em man... it's a lifelong process: healthy diet and exercise (don't forget that). It don't cost nuthin'... and you reap the benefits. Cool huh? Being a social progressive (and fiscal conservative)... don't really care what people do to their bodies... tatoos, piercings, etc.... or their beliefs... just so long as it doesn't cause others harm. So... here's to your health!

There ya go man! I'm in the works of planning a rather large upper arm piece that's going to be a hillbilly kind of guy with a banjo sitting on an old stump. There will be plenty of fancy-hillbilly detail in there too (moonshine jugs, shotgun, etc). I can't wait.
