The Mary Alice, B17G. She was stationed with the 401st bombgroup at Deenethorpe, Northants, England. The Field is right outside my window at home and she lives in RAF Duxford imperial war museum now. we often visit her, Hope you like her.

Fine photo, Joe.
Have you ever been over to Twinwood Airfield, the place near Bedford, where Glen Miller left on his fateful flight to Paris in 1944 ? ..................................Cheers Peter V.

You've just given me the nudge to do Duxford again - haven't been for a few years. Magical place.
Last time I went I flew in and parked up between a Spitfire Mk V (I think) and a P51, then swaggered off to the tower grinning...it was a couple of days before one of the bigger display days, lots of interesting bits of kit coming in.
