Best rehab in the world for any affliction! I bring a mandolin when I spend time at Durham's Duke Hospital in the pulmonary ward... a little more portable and almost as cheering. Next time, it will be a banjo.

I did in fact travel frequently by zeppel, hence the somewhat tongue-in cheek moniker. Unfortunately those days are behind me now, my left ventricle made sure of that last fall.
