well that is how it came out. after i routed it, i have my own secret way of machine them, But it did nick in a couple of places but i will glue in some small pieces and rub it down, next im waiting for my sander sealer to arive as just ran out before starting this one. I may post my routing idea, but im due to be made redundant in the near future so may need to make some to sell, but its very simple if not a bit scarry to start with. Are you doing and festivals this year ? maybe meet up

Sorry to hear about your impending redundancy Dave, good luck with the banjo enterprise. No, no festivals this year. Jan and I decided to give them a miss because of various commitments, which is a shame.
