That's the finest banjo neck I've ever seen in my life! How was the fretboard done? It looks like lace, is that inlay or is it engraved?

SlowPockets, the fretboard is inlaid with mother-of-pearl and then engraved. Bob is a true artist in wood, inlay, pearl engraving and metal engraving. Check out his stuff at www.flesherbanjos.com
