hi; what model is the simpler one on the right? does it have carved ivory friction tuners?

No model name. Based on some experience with George Washburn (stamped on the dowel stick), I would assume it is the GW Professional. The picture is not clear enough, so I should say that the relatively large dot inlays are engraved. It was found in a pawnshop and already had planetary gear tuners at the peg head, whether the 5th peg was already a gear one, I don't remember.
